Own client benefit resource builds from intake through launch. Review employer benefit portfolios, identify relevant programs, apply tagging and eligibility frameworks, and translate complex information into clear employee-facing content. Coordinate approvals with clients and partners, ensure quality and accuracy, surface portfolio gaps and overlaps, and provide insights to Client Success, Analytics, Development, Support, and Benefits Operations. Contribute to process, technology, and AI-enabled improvements that increase delivery efficiency and value.

Own client engagement strategy and execution to increase employee enrollment across employer clients. Develop and manage multichannel campaigns, write communications, direct designers and vendors, analyze performance data, report ROI to HR and Total Rewards leaders, and build scalable engagement playbooks. This individual contributor role requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution and includes approximately 10–20% travel for client activations and onsite events.
