Lead customer analytics to improve retention, LTV, and reduce churn across e-commerce and stores. Build automated Looker dashboards and reports, define retention metrics, run A/B testing, inform lifecycle marketing, loyalty pilots, segmentation, and provide actionable insights to marketing, finance, product, and retail teams.
