Manage partner selection, onboarding, certifications, quality standards, performance metrics, and regional activations. Drive operational excellence: streamline workflows, implement automation, build playbooks, surface performance insights, and upskill coordinators. Partner with GTM, localization, and education operations to scale partner-delivered training while protecting learner experience and brand integrity.

Lead Snowflake migrations by designing and deploying Snowflake solutions, guiding customers through migrations, implementing best practices, enabling customers and partners, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to improve offerings.
