Manages configuration and data management for the UHPO program, including engineering change proposals, vendor technical data, configuration audits, change control boards, contract requirements, and CDRL deliverables. Supervises department personnel, manages subcontractor pipelines, supports task order growth, and ensures compliant cost-volume submissions. Requires extensive government contracting leadership, active DoD Secret clearance, and expertise in federal acquisition regulations and export controls.

Support the Apache PMO as Data Manager for Foreign Military Sales. Generate and review SOWs, CDRLs, DSLs, DD Form 1423s, and DIDs; verify contract deliverable compliance; process technical review taskers; and coordinate reviews with technical leads, vendors, and SMEs.

Provide cybersecurity support for the MV-75 Program, advising on risk posture, compliance, and ATO readiness while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure integrated cybersecurity considerations.
