Provide administrative and operational support to the branch and sales team by processing customer orders in SyteLine, maintaining records, reconciling inventory and accounts, generating reports, coordinating vendor invoices, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with month-end and daily branch operations.

Designs, develops, and maintains BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations (primarily Tableau) using SQL and relational databases. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, build data models, validate data accuracy, and deliver KPIs. Supports integrations, troubleshooting, and evaluation of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions.
