Process customer orders and enter them into SyteLine, maintain accurate customer databases and sales records, scan and manage documents, provide tracking and estimated ship dates, communicate order status and delays to sales, accounting, and purchasing, perform daily follow-up reports, and support customers with product knowledge and problem resolution.
