Senior HR Technology analyst responsible for configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Compensation module, troubleshooting cases, coordinating with vendors, managing integrations and large data imports/exports, developing reports, executing testing, documenting configuration, and leading releases/upgrades while mentoring team members.

Supervise and lead a BPO team handling accounts payable, collections and sales-aligned tasks. Ensure timely MIS/reporting, mentor and train staff, resolve quality-control issues, maintain vendor accounts, meet productivity targets, and maintain professional internal communications.

Perform intermediate-level process tasks: follow SOPs, resolve problem invoices and QC issues, meet productivity targets, generate reports/MIS, maintain vendor and internal communications, and use accounting/database software and MS Office tools.

Manage transition calls, stabilize and oversee daily production, analyze process performance, identify improvements, build reports and metrics (Power BI/Smartsheet), validate data, and provide data-driven insights to support operational and workforce planning.

Supports accounts payable operations including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor inquiry resolution, and small process-improvement initiatives; assists with reporting and month-end support.

Work within the process team to meet daily targets with high accuracy. Maintain and update SOPs, improve processing efficiency, handle reporting/transition tasks, and engage with stakeholders. Requires strong Excel and basic accounting knowledge, good verbal/written communication, and willingness to work fixed or rotational shifts.
