Supervise and lead a BPO team handling accounts payable, collections, and sales-aligned tasks. Manage workflow, reporting (MIS/metrics), vendor account accuracy, quality control, hiring, training, coaching, and day-to-day team performance in a fast-paced office environment.

Participate in an up-to-18-month landfill operations training program to develop skills in safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, personnel management, landfill design and construction, leachate and gas management, community relations, finance/reporting, and sales/operations integration. Complete required curriculum, attend group training, perform hands-on projects, and support operational reviews and interim management assignments.
