Supports consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan servicing by disbursing funds, maintaining records, monitoring escrow and insurance, processing payments and refunds, resolving servicing issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role works with members, vendors, and internal departments, manages workflow items, audits loan histories, maintains general ledger accounts, supports system and process improvements, and assists with projects related to lending operations and service quality.
