Lead corporate transactions and governance for a publicly traded biotechnology company. Provide legal advice on M&A, licensing, capital markets, SEC compliance, contracting, corporate governance, and investor communications. Manage outside counsel, support cross-functional teams, and oversee policies, training, and legal budget. Serve as a business partner to senior management and the General Counsel.
