Provide VAT advisory and compliance support for restructuring and insolvency matters: advise insolvency practitioners, companies and lenders on VAT implications, liaise with HMRC, prepare VAT reports and returns, respond to internal queries, support business development, deliver training, collaborate with tax and restructuring teams, and draft indirect tax thought pieces.

Lead financial advisory engagements in restructuring, turnaround and cash management. Prepare and stress-test business plans and three-statement forecasts, advise on refinancing/insolvency options, liaise with legal teams, produce board and creditor reports, manage teams, develop client relationships, and support business development in the KSA market.
