Support day-to-day logistics operations including warehouse management, inventory control, fleet and equipment tracking, preventive maintenance coordination, and cost monitoring. Serve on the Emergency Operations Team during activations, coordinate with branch teams and external agencies, help develop logistics policies and standards, and support localized disaster response operations and volunteer management.

Identify, qualify, and close new corporate and foundation partnerships through outbound prospecting and tailored proposals. Build and manage a prospect pipeline, negotiate contracts, vet inbound inquiries, coordinate internal handoffs to stewardship teams, collaborate with Programs/Finance/Legal, represent the organization at events, and track forecasting and progress to meet fundraising goals.
