Design and implement high-performance Elixir backend services, architect and evolve microservices on Kubernetes, optimize systems for scale, resilience, observability, and security, integrate AI-assisted development tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and own critical backend architecture and service design.

Lead creative strategy and execution for consumer and B2B campaigns, broadcast promos, event sizzles, and motion work. Manage concepting, briefs, and creative direction across design, animation, editorial, and sponsorship deliverables.
