Lead and manage public roadway and utility improvement projects from proposal through delivery. Oversee design using Civil 3D/AutoCAD, manage staff and budgets, coordinate with public agencies, prepare specifications and cost estimates, develop client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and ensure technical quality, schedule, and project profitability.

Lead design and delivery of public roadway and utility improvement projects. Manage staff, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and agency plan processing. Produce grading, utility, and site plans using Civil 3D/AutoCAD, write specifications, prepare cost estimates, and mentor junior engineers while supporting business development.

Perform hydrology and stormwater quality review, analysis, modeling, and report writing (WQMP, LID, SWPPP). Ensure regulatory compliance, size stormwater devices with hydraulic calculations, prepare drainage studies, and support land development design and plan production using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
