Lead organic social strategy, create and publish high-volume native content (video-first) for Instagram and TikTok, manage community engagement and creator partnerships, capture in-studio content, track performance and iterate on creative, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify campaigns and brand moments.

Manage high-volume ER administration and LOA coordination, maintain case queue integrity and documentation, prepare corrective action materials, coordinate annual training calendar and LMS administration, support onboarding and manager training logistics, partner with HR Ops and field leaders, and maintain People team SOPs and filing systems.

Lead studio compliance and legal operations across 41+ studios: run the compliance app, manage licensing and regulatory oversight, support new-studio pre-opening work, liaise with health departments and insurance broker, own contract lifecycle and matter tracking, review outside counsel invoices, maintain entities, and provide paralegal-level support to the CLO and Senior Counsel.
