Supports ticket operations for Saints and Pelicans games by processing ticket orders, maintaining customer accounts, managing inventory, assisting with financial reporting, coordinating box office communications, and resolving game-day ticketing issues. The role also provides customer assistance, handles seat changes and upgrades, supports scanning and mobile ticket troubleshooting, and works all home games in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and enhance the Saints and Pelicans mobile applications by designing intuitive iOS and Android experiences, updating features, coordinating app-provider releases, creating branded and sponsorable content, executing fan engagement initiatives, analyzing performance, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role requires front-end development, UI/UX expertise, creative asset production, analytics reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and availability for game-related duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supports email marketing and paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking, QA, scheduling, audience segmentation, budget tracking, reporting, A/B testing, email deployment in Eloqua, pixel and conversion tracking validation, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with creative, content, ticketing, partnerships, analytics, vendors, and platform representatives to drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth.

Associates attend home games, work collaboratively, and support clients during NBA and NFL seasons. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
