Build and operate Vercel's Executive Briefing Center: qualify requests, design customized agendas, recruit and coach executive and technical speakers, run onsite execution and hospitality, manage vendors and budget, develop briefing content and metrics, report ROI, and scale formats like roadshows and virtual briefings.

Own end-to-end paid acquisition across major channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging channels) to drive signups, activations, and pipeline. Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, optimize ROAS/CAC, implement AI-driven automations and creative testing, maintain tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion APIs), report performance, and align cross-functionally with product, creative, data, and marketing ops.

Identify opportunities via research and data, prototype and ship experiments using modern AI and design tools, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data, measure results, and convert successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.

Own end-to-end presentation design and systems, creating high-impact decks and templates across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma. Translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives, partner with executives and cross-functional teams, build scalable templates and governance, and prototype tooling/automation with Design Engineering to streamline presentation workflows for high-visibility events and everyday use.

Drive repeatable technical proof for enterprise sales by building POC playbooks, reference architectures, benchmarks, and competitive frameworks. Enable AEs and SEs via training, field-ready assets, and technical narratives for AI and platform products. Measure impact on deal velocity and win rates while feeding product and win/loss insights back to engineering and product teams.

Lead creation of repeatable enterprise sales plays and value models that enable AEs to win consumption-based deals. Map product features to buyer outcomes, build ROI/business cases, train on pricing/packaging, run win/loss analysis, and create MEDDPICC coaching tools. Bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales to convert launches into field-ready assets and improve pipeline velocity and deal conversion.

Design, implement, and maintain observability features: large-scale data ingestion/storage/processing, visualization tools, frontend integrations, reliability via testing, and collaborate across product, design, and infrastructure while engaging with open-source communities and user feedback.

Lead and scale core accounting operations including capitalized commissions, payroll, and subsidiary accounting. Manage and mentor staff, oversee offshore work, drive SOX controls and audit readiness, support M&A integrations, partner with FP&A, and implement automation and AI to improve processes.

This role involves evolving Vercel's developer ecosystem strategy, managing sponsorships, enhancing visibility, and representing Vercel at key developer events.
