The Vehicle Integration Engineer II ensures successful integration, testing, and launch of the Neutron launch vehicle by developing processes, designing tools, and maintaining planning documents.

Oversee operations at Launch Complex 2 and 3, managing teams, projects, and logistics for launch vehicle integration and mission execution.

The Principal IT Engineer will lead ADP implementation projects, manage resources, assess risks, ensure delivery on time and budget, and coordinate teams.

Operate and maintain a growing fleet of satellites across mission phases (commissioning, orbit raising, routine ops, re-entry). Develop and test ground and flight software, FDIR/telemetry, automation, CI testing, and validation with simulation and HIL/SIL. Provide requirements V&V, support AIT and cross-site program coordination, and participate in on-call/shift operations to meet mission SLAs.

Perform thermofluid and thermal analyses for launch vehicle systems using CFD and numerical models. Develop and validate models for pressurisation, propellant management, slosh, heat transfer, and two‑phase flow; process test and flight data; support test correlation, documentation, peer review, and automation of analysis workflows.

Lead dynamics analyses and testing for launch vehicle structures: predict loads and environments, select instrumentation, process test and flight data, run modal/vibroacoustic/FEA simulations, define test requirements, validate structural models, document results, mentor junior engineers, and implement best practices.

Design, build, and maintain core data platforms, services, and tools to enable operational data access. Develop scalable backend systems, data pipelines, REST APIs, and automation; deploy and support services in production while collaborating across engineering, testing, production, and mission operations.

Manage engineering change and configuration control for the Neutron launch vehicle. Coordinate cross-functional teams to validate system-level impacts, ensure EBOM-to-MBOM integrity, execute the configuration management plan, automate data-integrity checks, and act as a power user of PLM, workflow, and ERP tools to keep changes flowing from design to production.

Operate and command spacecraft across missions, develop and test ground and flight software, build operational scripts and telemetry/FDIR, validate with simulation (HITL, flatsat), support integration, testing, launch and on-orbit operations, and drive continuous system and process improvements.
