Support spacecraft systems engineering: develop and maintain technical budgets, requirements, simulations, test methods, and data analysis; lead technical development, work hands-on with flight hardware, assist program/product management, and create interface specs and CONOPS.

Manage launch safety regulatory submissions and compliance for missions. Review flight safety documentation, coordinate cross-team inputs, prepare payload permits and safety assessments, ensure orbital debris compliance, support launch operational safety and audits, and maintain regulatory reporting and documentation accuracy.
