As a Test and Launch Operations Engineer I, you will operate launch vehicles, execute test sequences, manage ground systems, develop operational procedures, and troubleshoot real-time issues during operations.

Operate console in Mission Control for launch pad systems, develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and HMIs, perform real-time troubleshooting and data analysis, oversee launch pad system checkouts and GSE, lead ground-systems testing projects, mentor junior operators, and support Neutron and Electron ground systems development.

As a Payload Integration Engineer II, you'll perform hands-on integration activities, coordinate with management during launches, verify interface documentation, and support customer inquiries while traveling to launch sites.
