Lead global sourcing and supplier management for rocket and satellite programs: develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, maintain cost models and should-cost analysis, collaborate with engineering/quality/manufacturing, and ensure compliance through procurement lifecycle.

Provide strategic legal advice to senior management across commercial and U.S. government contracts, lead contract and trade compliance, manage M&A due diligence, oversee litigation and external counsel, develop policies and playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional legal support including export controls, sanctions, privacy, and employment matters.

The Test Operations Engineer is responsible for the operation of test facilities supporting rocket engine tests, collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring safety and data quality, and resolving operational issues.
