Manage planning and execution of 2–3 annual large-scale exhibitions, commissions, and special projects. Serve as project manager liaising with curatorial, production, fabrication, marketing, and operations; maintain schedules, budgets, loan records, and contracts; coordinate shipping, installation, condition reports, and artist logistics; support publications and intern supervision while developing systems and cross-departmental workflows.

The VP of Institutional Advancement will lead fundraising strategy and efforts for PHA, develop relationships with donors, and mentor a development team.

Manage ceramics fabrication projects from concept through delivery, including schedules, budgets, team supervision, client communication, quality standards, inventory, estimates/invoices, and studio operations/support.
