Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Identify high-value opportunities, design and deploy production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, integrations, and enterprise solutions, then drive adoption and measure business impact. Partner with functional leaders, make sound decisions about AI suitability, redesign operating models, improve reliability and governance, and mentor colleagues while establishing reusable standards across the organization.

Build and operate Oyster’s revenue technology stack, integrating Salesforce, enrichment, outbound, marketing automation, data warehouse, and product systems. Design CRM architecture, routing, data waterfalls, and AI-driven workflows for prospect research, personalization, and buying-signal detection. Own production reliability through monitoring, error handling, retries, documentation, and compliance. Partner with GTM teams to improve funnel performance and deliver measurable pipeline impact.

Lead and scale payroll operations across the Americas, managing distributed payroll specialists, escalations, vendors, controls, compliance, service levels, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance on US and Canadian payroll, with coverage of key Latin American markets. Partner cross-functionally to support regional expansion, improve customer trust and accuracy, and drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Generate outbound interest through cold calls, email, and social outreach; qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings; present Oyster’s global employment platform; manage and optimize the sales pipeline; partner with Sales Executives and go-to-market teams; and share buyer insights to improve strategy. The role provides training and coaching for candidates beginning a career in technology sales.

Own the GTM organization’s operating rhythm, strategic planning, cross-functional growth initiatives, internal communications, and execution cadence. Partner closely with the CRO and Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps leaders to translate strategy into OKRs, improve collaboration, resolve operational bottlenecks, manage QBRs, and drive initiatives from decision through measurable delivery. The role also represents GTM needs across Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and People teams.

Lead Oyster’s company-wide editorial and category narrative across marketing, executives, product, people, legal, and customer-facing teams. Build AI-first systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and governance. Direct thought leadership, executive publishing, original employment research, and multimedia activation. Connect content decisions to growth, trust, influence, and pipeline while mobilizing stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and experts without formal authority.

Own customer and team member onboarding from new-hire submission through engagement. Provide guidance, documentation, meetings, escalation management, contract customization support, and accurate data processing. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams while improving onboarding processes, self-service tools, and knowledge resources. Maintain customer satisfaction standards, stay current on product and employment-regulation changes, and work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Guide customers and team members through standard, complex, and bulk employment offboarding processes. Manage sensitive cases, escalations, service-level agreements, customer satisfaction metrics, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with HR, finance, product, legal, and support teams. Improve playbooks and workflows, contribute to knowledge resources, and support peer learning while maintaining empathy, organization, and operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Lead the consolidated FP&A and Analytics function delivering planning, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analytics, reporting, and commercial insight. Partner with senior leaders, drive AI/automation and systems improvements, prepare board/investor materials, support M&A/due diligence, and build a high-performing remote global team to improve decision quality and financial discipline.
