Design, develop, and maintain OpenEye Web Services; lead high-complexity projects and architectural changes; collaborate with product and stakeholders; mentor and review engineers; participate in Agile processes; ensure robust, tested, and deployable cloud video/security software while leveraging AI-powered development tools.

Serve as primary technical contact for pre-sales and post-sales activities: assess project requirements, design systems, deliver presentations and training, prepare estimates and documentation, support installations and troubleshooting, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Lead program sponsorships, content syndication, and third-party partnerships to drive brand awareness and MQLs. Manage sponsorship budgets and vendor relationships. Support website management in WordPress, build/modify campaign landing pages, ensure site accuracy and performance, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital Marketing to execute campaigns.
