Own and improve core Web3 wallet backend modules, including address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, confirmations, gas, nonce management, and state tracking. The role develops research-informed concepts, wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and evaluative research. It partners with Product, Engineering, UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and leadership teams globally while advocating for users, facilitating design reviews, and using qualitative and quantitative data to improve DeFi products.

Lead end-to-end product design for Web3 and DeFi growth products, from research and strategy through implementation. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, visual designs, interactions, and prototypes that improve conversion and engagement. Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, UX writing, brand, and global design teams while conducting design reviews, workshops, usability testing, and A/B testing.

Lead product design for socially driven, interaction-heavy crypto features. Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, UX writers, brand teams, and leadership to define problems and deliver user-centered solutions from concept through execution. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and research outputs. Shape design vision, facilitate reviews and workshops, advocate for design decisions, and improve user engagement and visual quality across global customer-facing experiences.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with brokerages, financial platforms, influencers, investor communities, and ecosystem partners across global markets. Own partnership development from market mapping and negotiation through launch and performance optimization. Design revenue-sharing and incentive models, identify expansion opportunities, monitor competitive trends, and collaborate with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional teams to drive user acquisition, trading activity, AUM, revenue, and retention.

Lead global fiat payment channel expansion and manage payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local PSPs. Build and optimize crypto on/off-ramp systems, negotiate and integrate vendors, and oversee onboarding through launch. Monitor payment regulations, trends, and risks while partnering with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance. Analyze performance to improve conversion, cost efficiency, stability, compliance, and user experience.

Lead the design and delivery of OKX’s U.S. derivatives trading technology stack. Responsibilities include defining architecture, selecting clearing FCMs and technology vendors, making build-versus-buy decisions, integrating OMS, risk, margin, funding, KYC, and market-access systems, and managing exchange certification and production readiness. The role also owns monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, vendor diligence, SLAs, reconciliation, risk controls, and recruitment of the U.S. trading-technology team.

Lead global fiat payment channel expansion and management, including gateways, banks, settlement partners, and regional PSPs. Own vendor onboarding from requirements through integration, testing, and launch. Drive partner negotiations and technical integrations while ensuring payment stability, security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams, monitor global payment regulations, and analyze performance data to improve conversion, costs, and user experience.
