Partners with People leadership to improve processes, documentation, automation, and reporting in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads cross-functional engineering programs for Oklo’s nuclear fuel recycling facility. Defines scope, milestones, work plans, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and verification methods while coordinating engineering, safety, regulatory, procurement, and deployment teams. Facilitates technical reviews, tracks decisions and blockers, communicates status to stakeholders, and adapts plans based on empirical learning. Requires technical fluency, engineered hardware delivery experience, strong communication, and program execution skills in complex, safety-conscious environments.

Provides executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team, including calendar management, scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, documents, knowledge management, outside counsel billing, budgeting, accruals, onboarding, and team events. The role requires discretion, strong organization, technical proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Cost Accountant manages capitalization and coding for capital project spend, fixed asset registers, depreciation, journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and month-end close activities. The role supports SOX controls, internal and external audits, construction-in-progress accounting, physical asset verification, and process improvements. It requires close collaboration with project controllers, procurement, accounts payable, and other stakeholders while applying U.S. GAAP and company capitalization policies.

Develop and govern portfolio planning structures, resource demand models, capacity plans, and operating scenarios across multiple projects and departments. Translate schedules and milestones into staffing, hiring, redeployment, cost, and investment insights. Establish data governance, connect scheduling, financial, workforce, and reporting systems, and present executive recommendations. Develop and maintain integrated schedules for complex energy and infrastructure projects across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. Analyze critical paths, risks, forecasts, float, and schedule impacts; lead status cycles and planning meetings; integrate vendor schedules; create recovery scenarios and executive reports; and align cost, schedule, risk, and earned-value data while enforcing schedule quality and governance standards.
