Manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, present tailored funding solutions, communicate via phone/email/SMS/WhatsApp, collaborate with Partnerships, Risk and Operations, and meet individual and team sales KPIs to drive conversions and completed funding.

Own merchant onboarding and in-life support as primary contact. Handle digital queries via email and live chat, investigate payment issues, collaborate with Sales and Underwriting, and share customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Provide back-office support for Customer Operations: process payment adjustments accurately, liaise with Sales and Treasury, handle administrative tasks, analyze data in Excel, identify automation opportunities, and work independently on late shifts while escalating issues appropriately.

Senior People Partner to lead global culture and engagement while serving as primary People Partner for the US. Own engagement programmes, internal communications, reward and recognition, and drive values-led culture. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations cases, ensure legal compliance, improve organisational effectiveness, and partner on performance cycles and development planning. Act as Atlanta office lead (3-4 days/week) to deliver strong in-person employee experience and connect global initiatives with local execution.

Own monthly FP&A reporting, build and maintain financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, analyse unit economics, and partner with cross-functional teams to explain drivers of performance and support decision-making.

Own partner marketing strategy and execution to drive lead generation, partner growth, and commercial outcomes. Lead campaigns, channel development, content planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize acquisition, lifecycle, and product launch initiatives.
