Lead operations and technical team supporting a DoD enterprise Military Housing system: administer SAP BusinessObjects, monitoring (Dynatrace), Splunk, F5, virtualization/storage, backups, Oracle patching, STIG/ACAS remediation, certificate lifecycle, reporting, procurement tracking, and manage maintenance windows and DR exercises.
