The AI Engagement Manager will lead strategic relationships with institutional owners to harness AI, improve asset performance, and drive measurable ROI across real estate portfolios.

Manage and coach a Sales Development (SDR) team as a player-coach to accelerate pipeline generation and new business. Track and report sales metrics, enforce Salesforce usage, hire and develop SDR talent, and promote sales excellence while supporting the Head of Sales and broader company initiatives.

The Customer Training Specialist will ensure smooth client onboarding and transition, conduct trainings, gather feedback, and enhance user experiences with products.

Design high-quality sales and marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, social and paid assets, websites, event collateral). Create visual assets that clarify product stories, build reusable templates and design systems, support campaigns and launches, collaborate cross-functionally, explore AI tools to improve workflows, and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Design and develop high-impact learning experiences for onboarding, product education, and enablement. Partner with SMEs to create scripts, interactive guides, video explainers, motion graphics, and templates. Conduct learner research, usability testing, and audits to ensure accessibility (WCAG) and measurable impact. Establish scalable frameworks and iterate content across teams and clients.

Own revenue generation from existing GTM partners by building executive relationships, driving partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling motions, enabling partner reps with field-ready materials, and reporting partner performance and QBRs in Salesforce.

Support day-to-day operations at EliseAI's New York HQ: manage office requests, coordinate with People and IT, run workplace projects, handle procurement and inventory, prepare onboarding workstations, and support events and workplace hospitality while improving processes and documentation.
