The Fermentation Associate will be responsible for operating all fermentation vessels under the management of the Fermentation Supervisor. This person will support all day-to-day fermentation work including CIP, SIP, media prep, and reactor prep. Additional work could include assisting in all food processing and sanitation.

The Director of Commercial Scale Up will lead the fermentation scale up team and drive scale up strategy. They will manage a high performing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in fermentation and scale up and possess excellent people management skills. They should be able to work independently, adapt to changing timelines, and contribute to the creation of sustainable and ethical food.

The Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems and controls in a manufacturing environment. They work on process improvement, maintenance, project management, documentation, compliance, and standards related to control systems.
