Lead security engineering across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, product security, GRC automation, GitHub controls, and compliance workflows. Develop AI-specific threat models and guardrails, automate security checks and evidence collection, strengthen AWS and GCP environments, manage CSPM tooling, and secure software supply chains. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, IT, and GRC to establish security programs and practical controls for Jasper’s AI platforms.

Own Jasper’s paid media engine across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and emerging AI advertising channels. Manage campaign strategy, audience development, bidding, budget pacing, optimization, account-based marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and executive reporting. Optimize campaigns for qualified pipeline, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue while partnering with growth marketing, sales, creative, marketing operations, and data science. Test creative and channels, support demand programs, and apply AI automation to improve campaign execution and analysis.

Own Jasper’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, including SOC 2 and ISO audits, control mapping, risk and vendor management, policy administration, customer security questionnaires, and privacy compliance support. Partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering to embed governance requirements, automate compliance workflows, and advance AI governance for cloud-native, AI-enabled products.

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI transformation strategy, prioritize high-impact use cases, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to realize scaled marketing AI programs and executive-level value.

Lead Jasper's integrated enterprise growth marketing across paid, lifecycle, ABM, field, and organic channels. Build pipeline with data-driven programs, partner tightly with Sales, own funnel analytics and attribution, scale a high-performing team, and apply AI and automation to optimize campaign execution and measurement.

Serve as the CEO's strategic partner and force multiplier: manage schedule and priorities, coordinate communications, arrange travel and logistics, prepare board and meeting materials, support executive cadence and offsites, proactively solve issues, and safeguard confidential information.

Own and modernize the governance domain (auth, roles/permissions, orgs, billing) as a Staff-level backend IC: set architecture, refactor for scale and AI-native workflows, write critical-path code (70-80%), mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver enterprise-grade governance and compliance features.

Lead architecture and technical vision for integrations that ingest external data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) into Jasper's IQ layer. Design scalable, secure data ingestion, define context primitives, drive cross-team alignment, and deliver staff-level initiatives that improve reliability and AI-driven product quality.

Lead and scale Jasper's Services organization (implementation, enablement, advisory). Set vision, operating model, commercialization, and delivery operations; coach managers and ICs; engage in pre-sales and customer conversations; build enablement curricula and professional-services automation to measure delivery effort and margin.
