Lead and scale Jasper’s enterprise growth engine across paid, lifecycle, ABM, field, and organic growth. Build integrated programs with Sales to drive predictable pipeline and revenue, own funnel analytics and performance measurement, partner with GTM Operations and Data Science, and hire and coach a multidisciplinary marketing team focused on experimentation, AI-enabled personalization, and optimization.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO: manage calendar, travel, meeting materials, board logistics, and executive communications; drive executive operations, solve problems proactively, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to advance the CEO’s priorities.

The VP of Finance will lead financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage investor communications, and shape company direction in the AI market while supporting cross-functional teams.
