Manage end-to-end commercial contracts and price increase strategy for Industrial and Technical Services. Review, draft, negotiate, and administer agreements; analyze pricing, prevailing wage and margin impacts; partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure compliance and profitability; lead price increase communications and reporting; develop controls, templates, and dashboards for contract governance across a multi-state footprint.

Maintain documentation and improve hiring processes.
