As an iOS Engineer at Ramp, you'll develop and enhance the mobile app, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Leads Phone, Email, and Chat customer experience operations within a 24/7 organization. Responsibilities include managing channel teams and managers, improving customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, productivity, workflows, and automation; handling escalations; translating strategy into scalable operations; and partnering with Product, Engineering, AI, Risk, and Operations teams to improve customer and frontline experiences.

Lead Ramp's product marketing expansion in the UK and Europe: develop market-specific positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy; run launches; create sales enablement and demand-generation support; partner with Product, Sales, Growth, and Communications; conduct customer and market research; and scale regional PMM programs.

Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface API platform with high reliability and developer experience. Design, implement, and roll out complex backend projects using Python, Temporal, and Postgres. Create autonomous tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate endpoint creation and support thousands of builders and partners.

Lead strategy, systems, and a team of 6-8 Scaled Customer Success Managers to drive self-serve onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion at scale. Build data-backed dashboards, run metric reviews, partner with Product and Growth, launch education and automation programs, improve efficiency via content and applied AI, and hire/coach team to meet activation, expansion, and CSAT targets.

Lead and develop a five-person Private Equity Channel Partner Management team. Establish coverage models, operating rhythms, performance metrics, coaching practices, and accountability standards. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and leadership to improve pipeline, partner activation, conversion, and strategic account outcomes. Recruit and retain talent, manage escalations, improve workflows using AI and automation, and codify repeatable channel playbooks.

Leads Ramp’s full Emerging Talent function, including internship programs, early-career recruiting, campus and community partnerships, events, candidate programming, and intern-to-full-time conversion. Sets strategy, builds operating systems, identifies technical talent, partners with engineering and business leaders on workforce planning, and manages a high-performing recruiting team.

Engage with customers through calls, email, and chat; diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel, bank linking, and accounting integrations; manage escalations across internal teams; use and improve AI-powered CX tools; communicate clearly with customers; and build process improvements, automations, SOPs, and knowledge-base updates.

Own full-cycle recruiting for emerging talent, including early-career roles and internships. Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams; source candidates through universities, networks, referrals, and events; lead offers and closing; support internship programs and conversions; monitor recruiting data; improve candidate experience; and develop scalable recruiting practices.

Build and grow Ramp’s accounting partner channel by sourcing and signing new accounting firms, creating go-to-market plans, generating client referrals, managing partner relationships, conducting business reviews, enabling partner teams, and collaborating cross-functionally on marketing, onboarding, product feedback, and sales workflows.
