The role requires finance, tax, or accountancy knowledge, clear communication, logical problem-solving, accuracy, and customer empathy. It is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the Slough office.

Leads IRIS’s global creative vision and design direction, including an ambitious rebrand, visual identity, design systems, integrated campaigns, digital experiences, motion, events, and executive communications. Manages and develops the in-house creative team while coordinating agencies and freelancers. Establishes creative processes, brand guidelines, and quality standards, partners with marketing and communications functions, and uses AI tools to improve creative workflow speed and scale.

Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer renewals from start to finish. Build customer relationships through phone and email, conduct health checks, communicate pricing and renewal quotations, resolve enquiries, identify retention risks, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve retention and customer experience.
