Manage end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly processing. Responsibilities include calculations, deductions, benefits, reporting, payroll journals, CSO returns, client and employee query resolution, relationship management, process improvement, automation, system testing, and project support.

Review calls, CRM activity, performance trends, and feedback to identify coaching needs. Support managers and new starters, reinforce expectations, share best practices, and create practical coaching resources. The role partners with Customer Success leadership and Learning & Development but does not include direct line management.

Manage end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple bureau clients, including monthly processing, calculations, deductions, benefits, reporting, compliance, and client queries. Maintain accurate and timely payroll delivery while ensuring adherence to Irish legislation, GDPR, and internal standards. Build trusted client relationships, improve processes, support automation, and contribute to system improvement and testing projects.

Provide phone, email, and channel-based support to users of IRIS Accountancy software. Investigate software and process questions, explain solutions, manage cases through resolution, escalate complex issues, and contribute to support knowledge. The role requires foundational finance, tax, or accountancy knowledge, clear communication, logical problem-solving, and comfort learning new systems. It is hybrid, with at least three days weekly in the Slough office.

Manage renewals for an SMB and mid-market customer portfolio, guiding customers through the renewal process and supporting revenue retention. Build relationships through phone and email, conduct customer health checks, communicate pricing and renewal quotes, resolve enquiries, identify risks, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve customer outcomes and processes.

Prospect for potential customers through outbound calls and LinkedIn, engage decision-makers, understand business challenges, qualify sales opportunities, and book meetings for the wider Sales team. The role involves meeting activity, pipeline, and performance targets while developing knowledge of IRIS software and B2B SaaS sales. Implement and configure payroll SaaS solutions for customers, covering requirements gathering, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live support. The role manages multiple implementation projects, translates payroll processes into software configurations, works with APIs and ETL processes, resolves issues with cross-functional teams, and communicates progress, risks, and timelines to customers. Travel to customer sites may be required.
