Support RMF implementation, ATO package updates, vulnerability management, POA&M tracking, and cybersecurity reporting for DoD network and SIPR endpoint migrations. Administer and sustain Hyland OnBase and Atlassian platforms (Jira/JSM/Confluence): configure workflows, forms, permissions, automation, user access, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, documentation, and user training in secure environments.

Serve as a combined DevSecOps and Configuration Management specialist for pre-production cloud efforts. Define and execute CM processes, maintain baselines, manage builds and CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC and security automation, support change control boards, perform audits, manage artifact repositories and containerized deployments, produce SE artifacts, and provide training and documentation.

Lead RMF and ATO efforts for DoD network modernization, manage cybersecurity compliance, POA&M remediation, risk analysis, scans and assessments, coordinate with Authorizing Officials and engineering teams, mentor IA staff, and support DISA/DODNet migration activities.

Design, develop, and modernize software by translating legacy mainframe code (COBOL/ASM/JCL/Copybooks) into Java microservices. Support UI integration, relational and hierarchical databases, batch and real-time processing, CI/CD, cloud-native and ZT/ICAM integration, and use AI/ML tools to assist translation and optimization. Work supports pre-production, testing, and integration activities.
