Provide senior systems engineering and architecture leadership for the GEOMAP platform, supporting cloud-hosted, containerized, and mission application environments. Responsibilities include design, integration, modernization, technical assessments, troubleshooting, cross-team coordination, architecture reviews, documentation, and ensuring security and sustainment aligned with Air Force operational requirements.

Design monitoring/observability, automate deployments, support incident response, optimize capacity and performance, and collaborate across DevSecOps, Kubernetes, database, and support teams in a mission-focused DoD environment.

Support evaluation, analysis, optimization, integration, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. Assist implementation, maintenance, sustainment, and performance improvements. Provide analytical support, reporting using Microsoft tools and project management concepts.

Develop and improve software, provide technical leadership to development teams, build APIs and BPMN-based process automation, support user documentation, and deliver low-code/no-code solutions using Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex with Microsoft SQL Server and .NET in agile/hybrid environments.

Manage and apply software quality practices to identify defects, plan quality-control resources, monitor performance across lifecycle, support metrics reporting, and maintain system quality and efficiency.

Lead corporate-level oversight of the NASA NESS GSFC/WFF environmental contract, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance compliance; manage risks, subcontracts, staffing, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and corrective actions while liaising with NASA CO/COR and directing Site Manager and technical leads.

Support installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of routed and switched enterprise networks. Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, implement VLAN and routing changes via change control, maintain network diagrams and configs, and coordinate with mission partners to resolve connectivity and boundary issues.

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments and enforce governance, manage permissions and storage, design and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), troubleshoot user and integration issues, collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, training, documentation, and ensure compliance in a governed enterprise environment.
