The Accounting Manager will modernize and scale the accounting function, improve processes, lead a team, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Manage and adjudicate casualty claims end-to-end: determine coverage, investigate losses, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and budgets, communicate with insureds/attorneys/brokers, maintain regulatory licenses, and recommend subrogation actions.

Sell and grow Engle Martins products and services within the NYC metro region through prospecting, presentations, RFP responses, account management, CRM tracking, and collaboration with internal teams. Maintain client relationships, support onboarding/renewals, monitor competition, and meet regional sales goals while complying with state insurance licensing requirements.
