The role serves as the project’s sole architect, developer, and QA tester while collaborating directly with customers to define requirements.

Provides end-to-end federal position classification services for FDA centers and programs. Reviews and develops position descriptions, applies OPM classification standards to determine occupational series, titles, grades, and pay plans, conducts desk audits, supports reviews and appeals, maintains audit files, and performs quality control. The role also coordinates with stakeholders, prepares evaluation statements, tracks classification actions, and delivers progress reporting to support compliance and workforce planning.
