Administers recruitment and onboarding, including requisitions, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, sourcing, offers, assessments, background checks, and new-hire documentation. Partners with hiring managers, maintains HRIS records and employee files, reports recruitment metrics, supports contractor and temporary-worker processes, and assists with employee changes. Also develops employee engagement initiatives, organizes company events, and promotes a positive workplace culture.
