Manage client implementation projects from kickoff through launch, including website redesigns, mobile app launches, CMS migrations, platform implementations, and third-party feature activations. Coordinate timelines, scope, dependencies, deliverables, client communications, and cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Product, Partner Development, and Support. Maintain project documentation, identify blockers, facilitate handoffs, and improve implementation processes.

Own EDGE’s new-business revenue across media and audience solutions, develop go-to-market strategy, personally close complex strategic partnerships, and build a scalable sales organization. Lead relationships with brands, agencies, and senior marketing executives; establish pipeline, forecasting, quotas, and compensation discipline; and create partnerships with Learfield sports properties to expand sponsorship and media opportunities. Collaborate with activation, strategy, and partner-success teams to deliver and grow client relationships.

Lead growth and market expansion for the Performing Arts segment, owning full sales lifecycle from pipeline development through complex deal execution and renewals. Build and maintain executive relationships, drive upsell and retention, manage RFPs and negotiations, represent the company at industry events, forecast revenue, maintain CRM integrity, and partner cross-functionally to meet revenue, margin, and market share goals.

Lead and evolve the client implementation organization to deliver website redesigns, mobile apps, and CMS migrations. Build scalable processes, govern project delivery, drive cross-functional collaboration, and adopt AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and client outcomes.
