Lead a portfolio of Power 4 partnerships to drive renewal, retention, and expansion. Manage and coach a direct report, collaborate cross-functionally (intelligence, monetization, product), represent SIDEARM in senior conversations, integrate analytics and AI-driven insights into account strategy, and deliver partner-facing materials to improve satisfaction and revenue.

Support campus partnership operations and game-day activation: liaise with partners and athletic departments, manage marketing inventory and contracts, assist fulfillment (signage, radio, print, digital, events), handle expense reporting and invoicing, manage game programs and game-day assistants, provide proofs of performance, and prospect new corporate partners.

Provide part-time support for game day and event operations, sponsor fulfillment, proposals and reports, client communication, office administration, and occasional sales work for athletics partnerships.

Lead and grow a product design team across web/mobile fan experiences, a multi-tenant design system, and CMS interfaces. Build design operations, integrate AI into workflows, partner with PM and Engineering, and ensure design quality, alignment, and measurable impact across a multi-brand product.

Lead commercialization and business development for high-value collegiate sponsorship assets (naming rights, jersey patches, field/court logos). Partner with universities and internal teams to structure deals, develop valuations and go-to-market playbooks, coach field sales, identify emerging opportunities, and drive long-term revenue growth. Regular travel to campus and industry events (approx. 30–50%).

Provide front-line technical support for Paciolan products (primarily by phone), participate in rotating on-call support, troubleshoot application and database issues, analyze reporting needs, create documentation and knowledge-base content, collaborate with Customer Service, Product, and Development teams, and validate pre-release features.

Outbound sales role selling tickets and revenue products for the university. Generate new and repeat business via calls, cold outreach, in-person/virtual appointments and events. Build relationships, meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and support premium seating, hospitality, group and donor acquisition initiatives. Use CRM/ticketing tools and collaborate with department leadership.

Lead activation and fulfillment of NIL and sponsorship campaigns, liaise between brands, student-athletes, and university stakeholders, manage logistics, compliance, reporting and renewals, mentor junior staff, and support creative and strategic campaign development across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms.
