Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising program for USA Baseball, including capital campaign strategy, major gift cultivation, donor visits, event engagement, CRM management, revenue and activity reporting, and achieving defined fundraising KPIs while collaborating with USA Baseball and Learfield leadership.

Sell tickets and revenue-generating products through outbound outreach, cold calls, appointments, and networking. Build and maintain customer relationships, meet weekly/monthly/annual sales targets, provide superior customer service, and support department revenue and attendance goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and refine legal templates, processes, and risk management policies.

Manage sprint execution and backlog for the Data Strategy & Analytics team, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate roadmaps and cross-team/vendor work, track velocity and metrics, produce leadership updates, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tool usage.

Support campus partnership operations and game-day activation: liaise with partners and athletic departments, manage marketing inventory and contracts, assist fulfillment (signage, radio, print, digital, events), handle expense reporting and invoicing, manage game programs and game-day assistants, provide proofs of performance, and prospect new corporate partners.

Provide part-time support for game day and event operations, sponsor fulfillment, proposals and reports, client communication, office administration, and occasional sales work for athletics partnerships.

Lead and grow a product design team across web/mobile fan experiences, a multi-tenant design system, and CMS interfaces. Build design operations, integrate AI into workflows, partner with PM and Engineering, and ensure design quality, alignment, and measurable impact across a multi-brand product.

Lead commercialization and business development for high-value collegiate sponsorship assets (naming rights, jersey patches, field/court logos). Partner with universities and internal teams to structure deals, develop valuations and go-to-market playbooks, coach field sales, identify emerging opportunities, and drive long-term revenue growth. Regular travel to campus and industry events (approx. 30–50%).

Lead growth and market expansion for the Performing Arts segment by owning strategic planning, pipeline development, complex deal execution, renewals, and upsells. Build executive relationships, represent the company at events, cultivate client communities, partner cross-functionally, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM data integrity to drive retention and market share.
