Processes biweekly U.S. and international payroll, validates Workday and timekeeping data, resolves tax and system issues, prepares journal entries, reconciles payroll accounts, supports audits and year-end W-2 activities, maintains tax registrations, and responds to employee inquiries. The role also analyzes payroll reports, identifies data errors, supports system integrations, and recommends corrective actions while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Supports and troubleshoots manufacturing automation, distributed control, PLC, HMI, VFD, field device, network, and validated OT systems in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role is fully onsite in Durham, North Carolina, with up to 10% travel.

Leads automation and controls engineering for distributed control, manufacturing and packaging automation, and environmental monitoring systems in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, network, database, and code troubleshooting; system design and implementation; project leadership; validation and change control; maintenance; standards review; and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and validation teams.

Manage daily cash positioning, execute and record wires/ACH, support Accounts Payable, prepare cash and investment reporting, analyze fees, maintain bank accounts and controls, support SOX compliance, assist financial statement disclosures, identify automation opportunities, and support treasury system implementations.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise data architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory. Supports data processing operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, security controls, and performance optimization. Collaborates with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions, while providing technical guidance, reviewing consultant work, leading process improvements, and contributing to code reviews and documentation.

Lead procurement and category management for clinical research: execute strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships and contracts, run RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, analyze spend and material usage, ensure compliance (GxP), negotiate pricing/terms, drive continuous improvement and cost savings, and support CAPEX/service contracts and supplier risk mitigation.
