Coordinates defensive cyber operations for DTRA’s 24x7 Cybersecurity mission. Serves as the central communications and reporting liaison across CSSP leadership, DoD cyber organizations, and operational teams. Tracks incidents, tasking, compliance, RFIs, and operational status; supports threat intelligence, cyber exercises, training, reporting, and quality assurance. Leads Cyber Fusion cell activities and coordinates shift handoffs, external collaboration, and defensive cyber initiatives within a rotating watch schedule.

Designs, implements, manages, monitors, and troubleshoots IT systems supporting the National Military Command Center. Responsibilities include VMware and Windows/Linux administration, system hardening, capacity planning, configuration management, vendor coordination, technical documentation, ticketing, patching, and briefing government stakeholders. The engineer collaborates with systems, telecommunications, multimedia, and administrative teams to resolve technical issues and deliver secure infrastructure solutions.

Manages cyber workforce strategy, policy, role standardization, qualification standards, readiness metrics, and compliance with NICE and Department of War requirements. Develops workforce management programs, tracks qualified staffing levels, reports agency compliance, and incorporates best practices from industry and academia. Requires cybersecurity or workforce management experience, DoD certification compliance, deep NICE framework knowledge, policy development skills, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise information and data management architecture supporting Zero Trust and security control initiatives. Develops enterprise information architectures, data models, standards, dictionaries, metadata governance, and interoperable systems across transaction, document management, and information delivery platforms. Requires an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance, U.S. citizenship, extensive architecture experience, and 20% travel.

Supports DTRA CSSP cybersecurity infrastructure by configuring and optimizing security tools, integrating subscriber data into Splunk SIEM, validating and normalizing logs against CIM, applying Linux patches and DISA STIGs, and documenting technical solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain security telemetry, operational readiness, compliance, diagrams, procedures, and training materials.

Monitors and investigates cyber threats across distributed networks in a 24x7x365 environment. Collects and analyzes logs, system images, packet captures, and network or host artifacts; performs initial incident triage; determines scope, urgency, impact, and vulnerabilities; documents and escalates incidents; researches threats and adversaries; supports mitigations, risk assessment, situational awareness, and DoD CSSP compliance.

Maintains, upgrades, secures, and supports enterprise AV, VTC, and multimedia infrastructure across government sites. Provides Tier II/III troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, deployment assistance, training, documentation, network diagrams, security compliance reporting, and technical briefings. The role serves as a subject matter expert for AV systems and supports continuous infrastructure improvement.

Provides Tier III systems administration and incident resolution across Linux, Windows, Apple, servers, networks, software, and peripherals on secure government networks. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting connectivity and application issues, optimizing network communications, managing inventories and downtime records, training staff, coordinating vendor escalations, and supporting system design. The role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and is based at Buckley Space Force Base with 10% travel.

Develops new and existing customer relationships through phone-based sales, supports field sales teams, manages large accounts, renewals, deal registrations, vendor incentives, MDF claims, partner compliance, and opportunity pipelines. The role also coordinates vendor training and events, establishes partnerships, supports IT solution development, and requires at least 25% travel.

Supports RMF and ATO activities for Department of War information systems. Reviews authorization packages and cybersecurity documentation, assesses risks and compliance gaps, validates security controls, manages remediation and continuous monitoring, and coordinates with ISSMs, ISSOs, engineers, system owners, and government stakeholders. The role manages multiple ATO packages, maintains RMF artifacts, presents risks and status updates, and supports cybersecurity governance across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
