Serves as the RMF and cybersecurity compliance subject matter expert for DTRA’s CSSP. Validates RMF artifacts against NIST 800-53 controls, reviews vulnerability findings and POA&Ms, maintains evidence and security baselines in eMASS, assesses risk mitigation, and supports audit readiness. Collaborates with Protect Analysts and subscriber organizations to ensure accurate authorization, continuous monitoring, and compliance with DoD security directives.

Monitors and correlates security events in a tiered Security Operations Center, performs incident response, network packet analysis, anomaly detection, and daily reporting. Coordinates with government, engineering, cybersecurity, and mission partners while maintaining operational documentation and tracking risks. Supports DIA infrastructure services in a classified environment under established security and change-control processes. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, polygraph eligibility, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and on-site work in the National Capital Region.

Coordinates JNOSC operations, Tier III service response, service restoration, and network maintenance activities. Develops project plans, schedules, status reports, risk mitigation strategies, quality standards, documentation, and change management plans. Facilitates meetings, coordinates resources and stakeholders, monitors project performance, conducts quality reviews, and ensures compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements. Supports enterprise data networks by monitoring incidents, troubleshooting OSI Layers 1–3 issues, configuring routers, switches, wireless devices, VLANs, and network connections, and maintaining WAN circuits. Documents changes and resolutions in ServiceNow, supports office moves and network installations, maintains network records, and coordinates with service desk and technical teams. The role requires occasional after-hours support, U.S. citizenship, and an active or obtainable Public Trust clearance.

Leads end-to-end IT strategy, architecture, and technology solutions for complex client accounts. Partners with customers, oversees network and IT strategy, evaluates designs, integrates services, researches emerging technologies, and leads other subject matter experts. The role requires extensive experience, technical presentations, knowledge management, industry representation, and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Maintains a network MAC team and executes moves, adds, and changes involving port activations, VLANs, VPNs, voice services, and VoIP migrations. Supports DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, Virginia, with occasional evening or weekend work and less than 10% travel.

Supports TACLANE encryptor devices in the DISA JSP environment, handling break/fix replacement, removal, configuration, key loading, interface and network settings. Monitors device health, investigates security incidents, implements remediation, maintains configuration and incident documentation, reports performance and compliance metrics, and trains users. Requires specialized COMSEC training, Security+ CE, CCNA or higher, 5–8 years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and Top Secret/SCI clearance. The role is based in Arlington, Virginia, with less than 10% travel.
