Provide administrative support for foreclosure and post-sale (liquidation) servicing operations: process invoices, manage referrals and legal documentation, coordinate with attorneys/vendors, obtain payoff/reinstatement quotes, maintain investor/insurer compliance, document account activity, and respond to escalations within 24 hours.

Prepare, assemble, and review mortgage loan closing documents (FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA), ensure TRID and investor compliance, coordinate with title companies and accounting, manage a loan pipeline in Encompass, analyze compliance reports (Mavent), and communicate with lenders and MLOs to complete accurate closings on schedule.

Manage filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related insurance, investor, and government claims (MI, FHA/HUD, VA, USDA, Fannie, Freddie). Ensure compliance, resolve denials and deficiencies, coordinate reimbursements across default servicing functions, maintain claim records, produce reports, support audits, and identify process improvements to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
