Operates and maintains MBE systems to manufacture InP laser structures. Develop performance metrics and dashboards, assess manufacturing capabilities, apply Lean principles, analyze production data, and lead cross-functional process improvement and new product introduction projects. The role collaborates with production, engineering, and production control teams and may require work in a cleanroom environment.

Leads global strategic sourcing programs from concept through production, including NPI, supplier qualification, second-source development, supply continuity, RFQs, negotiations, and cost reduction. Coordinates cross-functional teams and global suppliers across high-tech manufacturing product lines. Manages schedules, risks, deliverables, supplier performance, market intelligence, and sourcing recommendations. Supports material and equipment recovery activities for constrained components and shared capital equipment.

Supports semiconductor test manufacturing by troubleshooting production and equipment issues, calibrating automated test stations, analyzing test and yield data, performing root cause analysis, improving process efficiency and quality, developing test recipes, maintaining documentation, training operators, and qualifying new tools. The role also coordinates vendor activities for equipment design, installation, modification, acceptance testing, and qualification in a cleanroom environment.

Leads compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, pay structure maintenance, internal equity reviews, and workforce reporting. Builds executive dashboards and automated HR reports from ADP Workforce Now using advanced Excel tools. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to support compensation strategy, workforce planning, labor-cost analysis, and reporting improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Serves as the primary liaison for visitors, clients, employees, and vendors while providing front-desk customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating mail and deliveries, managing guest access, supporting office events and travel, ordering supplies, maintaining the lobby, processing new-hire and badge requests, and assisting with administrative projects.
