Supports business development by building customer relationships, managing sales opportunities and pipelines, coordinating feasibility assessments and proposals, and driving new and repeat business within an assigned territory. The role partners with business development, marketing, and scientific teams to address customer needs and advance projects. It requires strong communication, organization, presentation, prioritization, and life sciences knowledge. The position is remote within U.S. Eastern or Central time zones and requires less than 5% travel.

Lead cybersecurity operations and GRC activities, including incident response, vulnerability management, audit readiness, risk tracking, third-party assessments, policy management, and compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GxP, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11. Administer security controls, coordinate penetration testing and remediation, improve automation, prepare executive reporting, and partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, Quality, HR, and business stakeholders.

Administer and optimize mixed Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, backup, identity, and AWS infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Veeam backups, disaster recovery, storage, security, patching, and vulnerability management. Automate configuration and administrative tasks with PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Ansible. Provide advanced incident support, optimize AWS reliability and costs, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
