Partners with iGaming leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance, engagement, retention, employee relations, compensation, and offboarding. Analyzes people data, supports organizational change, coordinates with HR Centers of Excellence, and advances culture, DEI, and employee experience initiatives. Provides trusted coaching and guidance while ensuring consistent execution of HR programs and policies.

Designs and analyzes mechanical assemblies, parts, systems, and packaging for gaming products. Creates 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and product-release documentation. Evaluates prototypes, supports testing and refinement, considers cost and manufacturability, and collaborates cross-functionally. May lead teams and establish engineering approaches, standards, and guides.

Supports software quality through manual and automated testing, including black-box and white-box approaches. Develops and executes test plans, cases, and scripts; analyzes results; documents defects; verifies fixes; and collaborates with developers on issue resolution. The role also contributes to QA process improvements, AI-assisted testing, automation, exploratory testing, regression validation, and software integration testing across computation, data acquisition, and processing systems.

Manage the day-to-day contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, assignment changes, VMS data maintenance, compliance monitoring, audits, supplier and hiring-manager support, reporting, and issue resolution. Analyze workforce metrics to improve cost efficiency and program performance, while identifying workflow improvements and supporting new tools and processes.

Analyze gaming performance across game types, venues, states, devices, days, and player demographics. Produce quarterly reports, identify gameplay and player-behavior trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to product strategy, engagement, and revenue. Partner with account teams, visualize findings in Tableau and Power BI, and present actionable insights to leadership and field teams. Manage multiple priorities while working with ambiguous, semi-structured data and AI-assisted analytical tools.

Designs, executes, and maintains systematic software tests and automated scripts to debug and ensure product quality. Develops and updates test plans, standards, and procedures; documents and analyzes test results; recommends corrective actions and collaborates with development engineers to resolve defects. Ensures integration of software into broader data acquisition, processing, and scientific computation functions.

Develop and execute software test plans and scripts for gaming products and operating systems. Identify, document, track, reproduce, and help resolve product issues; ensure functional, technical, regulatory, and overall quality standards are met. Collaborate with Product Development, contribute to project status and completion reports, follow SQA procedures, participate in code reviews, and support process improvement initiatives.

Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and release testing for land-based gaming software. Identify, reproduce, and report defects; troubleshoot QA environments; create and maintain test cases; validate fixes; and ensure releases meet quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with developers and QA leadership, support field issue resolution, and provide progress updates across UK and international game releases.

Develop and maintain Java-based software products and services across on-premises and cloud environments. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, microservices and web service development, testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance improvements. Lead technical discussions, guide large initiatives, coach junior engineers, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, testing, architecture, and business teams in an Agile or Kanban environment.

Develop and maintain client-side code for desktop and mobile games. Implement, debug, and support game features and operational tools using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Contribute to innovative game development, client/server applications, UI development, and animations while collaborating with the broader game development team.
