Promotes and sells Vendor Managed Inventory relationships, launches new VMI accounts, maintains scheduled inventory processes, and improves customer service levels. The role coordinates with vendors, internal sales teams, and customers to develop inventory solutions, align stock with customer requirements, and conduct regular onsite VMI visits. It requires VMI process knowledge, basic electrical materials expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Serves electrical distribution customers by phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and supports e-commerce inquiries. Requires inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication and organization, electrical product knowledge, computer literacy, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Conduct inside telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, manage customer relationships, prospect for new accounts, and support outside sales personnel. Provide product recommendations, answer technical questions, follow up on proposals, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities to increase profitable sales. Maintain product and application knowledge through training and collaboration with internal specialists and vendors.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by delivering excellent phone, face-to-face and email service. Develop new business to meet branch sales targets, build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and act as first point of contact for key accounts. Support branch operations including trade counter service and warehouse picking/packing to ensure timely order completion.

Lead a quotations team for complex industrial, construction, and OEM bids. Manage end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensure technical/commercial compliance (ISOTIF), set pricing/margin targets, coordinate with sales, procurement, manufacturers, and operations, and improve quotation processes and reporting to drive win rates and profitability.
