Oversee project documentation and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: manage submittals, version control, vendor/OEM coordination, expediting logs, portal billing, and on-time material delivery while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, deliver excellent phone/face-to-face/email customer service, hit branch sales targets, develop new business, and support branch operations including trade counter duties and warehouse picking/packing.

Prepare complex gear quotations by reviewing bid packages and electrical drawings, use Eaton gear software, issue RFQs, compile bid tabulations, negotiate supplier pricing, submit proposals, and maintain customer and vendor relationships.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales volume, provide product selection/application support, prepare quotations, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and travel frequently to customer sites.

Lead and manage the quotations team for complex industrial, construction, and OEM bids. Oversee end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensure ISOTIF compliance, set pricing and margin targets, coordinate with sales, procurement, manufacturers, and operations, maintain quote logs, and drive process improvements to support competitiveness and profitability.
