Develop and execute sales strategies for mining and natural resources customers, prospect and onboard new accounts, manage vendor relationships, meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and support branch and project teams with occasional regional travel.

Support production Java/Spring applications, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage deployments and monitoring (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker), collaborate with DevOps, participate in on-call rotations, and drive operational improvements.

Manage and grow industrial customer accounts, prospect and onboard new clients, achieve sales targets, negotiate deals, coordinate with branches and operations, and support vendor relationships while representing the Rexel brand.

Lead and develop an inside sales team for a Major Market, overseeing the full quotation and order cycle from RFP acknowledgment through follow-up. Drive margin management, quoting accuracy, vendor coordination, CRM/ERP usage, performance metrics, and collaboration with purchasing, project management, and outside sales to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery and continuous process improvement.
